Welcome to pkr65. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr65 ("pkr65", "the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr65 website located at https://pkr65.pro and all associated gaming, sports betting, live casino, and related services offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating a pkr65 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pkr65 Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pkr65 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pkr65.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the pkr65 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all gaming and betting services accessible at https://pkr65.pro.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the pkr65 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's pkr65 Account wallet, expressed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Verification" means the identity, age, and payment method verification process required by pkr65 in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which access to online gaming or sports betting platforms is restricted or prohibited under local law.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the functional currency of the pkr65 Platform.

Use of the pkr65 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkr65 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will require documentary proof of age as part of the verification process.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of pkr65, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You do not already hold an existing, active pkr65 Account. Only one Account per individual is permitted at all times.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

To access the full range of pkr65 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, email address, and mobile number. You are required to keep this information updated at all times.

pkr65 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, at the point of withdrawal, and during the course of any bonus or promotional investigation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by pkr65 may result in account suspension and/or withholding of funds pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

• One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one pkr65 Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonus funds may be forfeited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your pkr65 Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Accurate Information: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
• Account Currency: All pkr65 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency cannot be changed after account creation.

pkr65 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through approved payment channels. Currently accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at pkr65's discretion.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500 unless otherwise stated in an active promotional offer.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods that have been used to make a prior deposit to the same pkr65 Account, and that have been fully verified. pkr65 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission. Once approved, funds are typically received within 1–3 business days depending on the payment method selected.
• Withdrawal Verification: pkr65 may require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard compliance measure and is not a cause for concern.
• Transaction Limits: pkr65 may apply minimum and maximum transaction limits that vary by payment method and account verification level. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a pkr65 transaction without first contacting pkr65 support is a material breach of these Terms. pkr65 reserves the right to recover any chargeback amounts and associated costs through available legal channels.

pkr65 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals at the platform level, however your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr65 accepts no responsibility.

pkr65 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the completion of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, sports bets, and other titles may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion. Expired bonuses and related winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer is available once per eligible player unless specifically stated otherwise. pkr65 does not permit bonus stacking unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms.
• Abuse and Fraud: pkr65 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on the pkr65 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game or market, which are displayed within the Platform interface. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

• Bet Placement: A bet is only confirmed once you have received an explicit confirmation from the pkr65 system. pkr65 accepts no responsibility for bets that were not successfully placed due to connectivity issues, device failure, or other technical circumstances outside of pkr65's control.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by game type, account tier, and promotional period.
• Manifest Errors: pkr65 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or in circumstances that were the result of a manifest error, technical fault, or data feed failure. Winnings paid in error must be returned to pkr65 upon request.
• Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. pkr65 cricket markets, including PSL, Test, and T20I markets, are settled using official scorecards from recognised cricket governing bodies.
• Live Casino: Live casino game results are final and binding as declared by the dealer or game host. In the event of a technical failure mid-game, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's dispute resolution procedure.
• RNG Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the pkr65 Platform use certified and independently audited RNG software. Game outcomes are random and cannot be influenced by the player or by pkr65.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr65 Platform. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Opening, operating, or using more than one pkr65 Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or otherwise interact with pkr65 services.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or any third parties to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports event manipulation in connection with bets placed on pkr65.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the pkr65 Platform for financial gain.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities, including money laundering, to deposit into or withdraw from a pkr65 Account.
• Allowing or facilitating another person's use of your pkr65 Account, including acting as a proxy bettor on behalf of an ineligible individual.

All content on the pkr65 Platform, including but not limited to the pkr65 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content, text, software, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of pkr65 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr65 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pkr65 Platform without the express prior written consent of pkr65.

Any unauthorised use of pkr65 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by pkr65 and its licensors.

pkr65 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the pkr65 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr65 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of data transmission or storage is entirely secure, and pkr65 cannot guarantee absolute data security. You are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords for your pkr65 Account and to enable two-factor authentication where available.

pkr65 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

pkr65 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting vulnerable players. Gaming on the pkr65 Platform is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. pkr65 strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their financial means.

• Age Restriction: pkr65 is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Age verification is conducted at registration and at withdrawal.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player who wishes to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via pkr65 support. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in or access any pkr65 services.
• Reality Checks: pkr65 provides optional on-screen reality check notifications to help players maintain awareness of time spent playing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr65 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the pkr65 Platform or any services offered thereon, even if pkr65 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pkr65's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you to your pkr65 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• pkr65 does not accept liability for losses resulting from network connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or service interruptions outside of pkr65's reasonable control.
• pkr65 does not accept liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit pkr65's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The pkr65 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr65 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or its content.

pkr65 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkr65 has reason to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage.
• You do not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Your account activity raises concerns related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Continuation of your Account would expose pkr65 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

You may close your pkr65 Account at any time by contacting the pkr65 support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

pkr65 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkr65 will provide reasonable notice to affected players via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the pkr65 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pkr65's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between you and pkr65 relating to your use of the Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact pkr65 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. pkr65 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this section shall prevent pkr65 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
